To hold the same to the said F r e d e r i c k M e w

in perpetuity, for the purpose of burial and of erecting or
placing thereon, subject to the approval of the Company, a Monument in stone, provided
that such Monument shall be so erected or placed within six calendar months from the
date hereof (unless licence for further time be obtained from the said Company), such
and Monument, with the appurtenances, to be so erected or
placed, and from time to time kept in repair by the owner or owners for the time being, and
to be subject to such rules, orders, and regulations as have been or shall from time to time
hereafter be made by the said Company for the management and regulation of the said
Cemetery, and the Vaults, Graves, and Monuments therein, or this Grant shall be void. ·
Given under the Common Seal of the said Company this twenty-fourth
